Techniques For Fast Increases In Muscle Mass

August 6th, 2010

Want to gain muscle mass fast? It is definitely far superior to taking a long time to do so. The key word here is “muscle mass”, because you don’t just want to add mass. Adding muscle and fat is simple to do, as all that is required is ingesting a large amount of calories and incorporating weightlifting into your regular routine. Gaining muscle mass without body fat takes a strategic approach. The number one rule of gaining muscle without fat is to train without eating excess calories.

Gain Muscle Mass Fast Through Physical Exercise Regiments, NOT by Eating More

It is certainly possible to increase body mass by eating larger amounts. The problem with that is that it will surely be a lot of fat and just a bit of muscle. A certain amount of adaptation takes place as a result of training, and the result is the development of more muscle. Muscle building is about training and much less about diet than people would have you believe. We have been taught that building muscle requires large amounts of protein, but that is a false belief.

Are You Familiar With Gyms Found In Prisons?

While I am one of the lucky ones who has not experienced a prison gym personally, I am familiar with them through documentary programming. I also have experience working out in gyms alongside former convicts. The one thing I have seen time and time again were bodies built by extreme amounts of training, but with few calories. Prisoners do not get to eat 6 times per day. They also don’t get quality sources of protein a lot of the times, yet many of them build physiques with massive muscles.

The Military is Also Home to Scores of Muscular Men

Without being able to eat frequently in the military, the men are still able to develop massive physiques. In the military, the massive bodies of muscular men are developed as a result of extensive physical training and not as a result of a specific nutrition plan. Even in a low calorie situation, it is still possible to build massive muscle. You will be able to gain a good quantity of pure muscle, as long as you discard the idea that you must first consume a great deal of food.

High Volume Training Alternated With High Tension Training

A long as you do not over train, spending focused time doing lifting with heavy weights, is by far the best way to quickly build muscle. This will build large full muscles. But, relying on high volume training alone can produce a body with a mushy appearance. The training should be switched to doing high tension workouts every two to three months. Strength training with low repetitions is generally the way it is referred to by most people. The contractions achieved with these lower repetitions are harder, and as a result, the muscle density increases. Without consuming a lot of calories, both these techniques should be used for best results. This is how to gain muscle mass fast and winding up with a body you will be proud to show off at the beach.
